Gogonz ("we", "our", "us") operates the Energy Orb mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Automatically Collected
- Device information: device model, operating system version, screen resolution, language setting, and unique device identifiers.
- Gameplay data: level progress, scores, session duration, in-game actions (e.g., tile rotations, booster usage), and achievement data.
- Analytics data: app usage patterns, feature engagement, crash reports, and performance metrics.
- Advertising data: ad interactions, ad identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID), and ad revenue data.
Optionally Provided
- Google Play Games account: if you choose to link your account for cloud save functionality, we receive your Google Play Games player ID. We do not access your Google account email, contacts, or other personal Google data.
- Purchase information: when you make in-app purchases, the transaction is processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We receive a purchase confirmation and product identifier but do not collect or store payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the App's functionality, including cloud save and progress synchronization.
- To analyze gameplay patterns and improve game balance, difficulty, and user experience.
- To display advertisements, including personalized ads based on your interests (where consent is given).
- To detect and fix crashes, bugs, and performance issues.
- To process in-app purchases.
- To send optional push notifications (with your permission) about game updates, rewards, or events.

4. Advertising
The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob and mediation partners. These services may collect and use data to show you personalized advertisements. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
- iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking > disable Allow Apps to Request to Track
We also offer in-app purchases that remove non-rewarded advertisements.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your gameplay data is stored locally on your device and optionally in Google Firebase Firestore (cloud). We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and Firebase security rules. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. Analytics data is retained according to Firebase's default retention policies (typically 14 months). You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
