Data Deletion Request

Gogonz respects your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of all data associated with your Energy Orb account at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to the address below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". To help us locate your data, please include any of the following (if available):
- Your Google Play Games username or player ID
- Your device type and approximate install date
- Your approximate level progress in the game

What Gets Deleted
- Cloud save data: all gameplay progress, currency balances, quest state, and pass progress stored in Firebase Firestore.
- Authentication records: your anonymous Firebase account and any linked Google Play Games credentials.
- Analytics user properties: user-level properties associated with your Firebase user ID.
What Is Not Deleted
- Aggregated analytics: anonymized, aggregate analytics data (e.g., total daily active users, average session length) that cannot be linked back to you.
- Purchase records: transaction records held by Google Play or Apple App Store, which are governed by their respective privacy policies.
- Local device data: data stored on your device is not affected by our server-side deletion. To remove local data, uninstall the App.
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
After Deletion
Once your data is deleted, your game progress cannot be recovered. If you reinstall the App, you will start as a new player. Any in-app purchases can be restored through Google Play or Apple App Store's purchase restoration feature.
