You can ask GoGonz to delete the data linked to your Energy Orb game at any time. Here is how.
How to request deletion
1. Email support@gogonz.info with the subject "Data Deletion Request – Energy Orb".
2. To help us find your data, include any of these you have: your User ID (shown in the game's Settings window; tap it to copy), your Google Play Games player name, your League name, your device model and roughly when you installed the game.
3. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your cloud save: game progress, in-game balances and items, rewards, quest, League (including your League name) and Orbital Pass progress stored in Google Cloud Firestore — both the current save and any save from older versions of the game.
- Your account records: the game's anonymous account and any linked Google Play Games sign-in.
- Analytics data linked to you: the game events and user properties tied to your app identifier, including our raw analytics exports.
What we keep
- Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you (for example, the number of players per day).
- Purchase records held by Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their own policies.
- Crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics, which are deleted automatically after about 90 days.
- Data held by advertising partners (Google AdMob, Unity Ads) under their own policies; you can reset or delete your device's advertising ID in your device settings.
After deletion
Deleted progress cannot be recovered. If you play again, you start as a new player. Data saved on your phone is removed when you uninstall the game.
