Gogonz respects your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of all data associated with your Energy Orb account at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to the address below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". To help us locate your data, please include any of the following (if available):

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

After Deletion

Once your data is deleted, your game progress cannot be recovered. If you reinstall the App, you will start as a new player. Any in-app purchases can be restored through Google Play or Apple App Store's purchase restoration feature.
