Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
GoGonz ("we", "our", "us") operates the Energy Orb mobile game (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the App, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Collected automatically
- Device information and identifiers: device model, operating system version, screen size, language, app version, and identifiers such as the Firebase installation ID, an app-scoped user ID, and the device's advertising ID (for example, the Google Advertising ID).
- Approximate location: a coarse location (such as country or city) derived from your IP address by our analytics and advertising partners. We never collect precise (GPS) location.
- Gameplay data: level progress, game actions (for example, tile rotations, drops, booster use), in-game balances and rewards, quest, League and Orbital Pass progress, and session information.
- Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data and technical events that help us find and fix problems.
- Advertising data: ad requests, impressions and interactions, and the revenue an ad generated.
Provided by you
- League name: the nickname you choose for the daily Orb League. Please don't use your real name or other personal details.
- Google Play Games account (optional): if you sign in so your progress follows you to a new device, we receive your Google Play Games player ID. We do not receive your Google account email address, contacts or other personal Google data.
- Purchase records: when you buy something in the App, the payment is processed by Google Play (or the Apple App Store). We receive a confirmation, the product identifier, the price and the time of purchase. We never receive or store your payment details (card numbers, billing address).
2. How we use information
- To run the game, save your progress to the cloud and restore it on a new device.
- To deliver purchases and rewards and to keep your in-game balances correct.
- To understand how the game is played and improve levels, balance and features (analytics).
- To show ads, measure them and limit how often you see them; ads may be personalized where you have given consent.
- To prevent fraud, cheating and abuse, and to keep the service secure.
- To find and fix crashes, bugs and performance problems.
- To schedule local notifications on your device (for example, when a daily reward is ready). You can turn these off in your device settings at any time.
3. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:
- Advertising partners — Google AdMob and Unity Ads. When the App shows an ad, these partners receive your device's advertising and device identifiers, an approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interactions and basic diagnostic data. They use it to serve and measure ads, to personalize ads where you have consented, and to prevent fraud. Their own privacy policies apply: Google, Unity.
- Service providers that process data for us: Google Firebase (Analytics, Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics, Remote Config) and Google Cloud, which store and process data on our behalf under their terms (Firebase privacy).
- Google Play processes payments and, if you choose to sign in, Google Play Games.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our players and our service.
4. Advertising and your choices
The App shows ads from Google AdMob and its mediation partners, including Unity Ads. Where the law requires it (for example, in the European Economic Area and the UK), we ask for your consent before ads are personalized, and you can change your choice later. You can also limit ad personalization in your device settings:
- Android: Settings › Google › Ads › Delete advertising ID (or Opt out of Ads Personalization on older versions).
- iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
In-app purchases that include "No Ads" remove interstitial ads. Rewarded ads you choose to watch stay available.
5. Storage and security
Your game is saved on your device and backed up to your account in Google Cloud Firestore, including your League name. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and access to our databases is restricted by security rules. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. How long we keep information
- Game progress and account data: kept while you play, and until you ask us to delete it.
- Analytics data (game events linked to a random app identifier, never your name or contact details): kept for as long as it helps us improve the game, and deleted on request.
- Crash reports: deleted automatically by Firebase Crashlytics after about 90 days.
- Purchase records held by Google Play or Apple are governed by their own policies.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of personalized advertising. To make a request, email support@gogonz.info.
9. Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time: see the Data Deletion page or email support@gogonz.info. We complete requests within 30 days.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let you know in the App or on this page.
