Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Energy Orb mobile game (the "App") operated by GoGonz ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App or its content.

2. Your account

The App creates an anonymous account automatically the first time you play. You may optionally sign in with Google Play Games so your progress can be restored on another device. You are responsible for the security of your device. We are not liable for loss caused by unauthorized access to your device.

3. In-app purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, such as Gems, boosters, bundles, offers and the premium Orbital Pass. All purchases are processed by Google Play (or the Apple App Store).

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
• Purchases are final. Refund requests go to the store you bought from, under its refund policy.
• We may change the prices, availability and content of in-app purchases at any time.
• Virtual currency and items may be changed or removed as part of game updates and balancing.

4. Virtual currency and items

Gems, boosters (such as Extra Drops and Hints), Free Entries, pass points, rewards and other in-game items are licensed to you, not sold. We keep ownership of all virtual items. Your license to them is limited to personal use within the App and may be revoked if you break these Terms.

5. Advertisements

The App shows ads from third-party ad networks. Some ads may be personalized based on your interests and usage, subject to your consent choices. Purchases that include "No Ads" remove interstitial ads.

6. Fair play

You agree not to:

• use cheats, exploits, automation software, hacks or unauthorized modifications;
• try to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases or other systems;
• choose a League name that is offensive, impersonates someone else or contains personal information;
• interfere with other players' enjoyment of the App, or use it for any illegal purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the App, including graphics, audio, game design, code and text, is owned by GoGonz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any App content outside normal play.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGonz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the App, including the loss of virtual items or progress.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe breaks these Terms or harms other players or our service. When access ends, your license to use the App ends too.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let you know in the App or on this page. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
